The problem statement

The client faced inefficiencies from fragmented, manual processes, causing slow bookings, limited transparency, and poor experience. The goal was a scalable digital platform to simplify discovery, streamline scheduling, and deliver a seamless, accessible, user-friendly journey.

Discovery Phase

We analysed user behaviour, goals, and gaps in the tutoring journey, collaborating with stakeholders to define direction. This led to a connected ecosystem with student and teacher apps and a centralized admin panel.

UX & Prototyping

We mapped user journeys to identify friction in tutor discovery and booking. Wireframes and prototypes were created, and continuous testing ensured an intuitive, user-friendly experience for both students and educators.

Development
